We understand how important your jewelry is to you, and we're here to help. We offer a 90-day quality guarantee on all our jewelry from the date of your item's delivery. We are happy to help resolve any issues where your jewelry is broken, defective or your personalization was crafted incorrectly.
For most cases that are within warranty, our policy is to provide a remake or replacement for your damaged, defective or incorrect item upon visual confirmation. We always do our best to process your approved replacement depending on its availability and processing times. Please keep in mind Custom, Made to Order jewelry is made by hand and takes time to craft.
